Rivy Mosegi serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Esther C. Foundation Ltd, where she oversees the foundation’s day-to-day operations, organizational processes, and internal coordination in support of its mission to expand access to education and opportunity. She is the third daughter of the foundation’s founder, Ester Zafran, and is currently a pre-law student at Canisius University. Rivy previously served as the Opinion Editor for The Griffin, Canisius University’s student newspaper, and serves in multiple leadership positions.  She is passionate about faith, advocacy, and community outreach and is committed to ensuring the foundation operates with integrity. 

Mercy C. Eran is the Director of Programs (Philippines) for Esther C. Foundation Ltd., bringing decades of experience in social work and community development. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Silliman University in March 1982.  Mercy began her career working with Aetas communities in Mabinay, Negros Oriental, as an assistant researcher and social worker. She later worked with Plan International, a global child welfare organization funded by partner countries including the Netherlands, Japan, Belgium, and Australia. Her work focused on supporting foster children and foster families, particularly in Cebu Island, through education assistance, tuition support, school supplies, livelihood initiatives, and community development projects.  After resigning in 1992 to focus on family life, Mercy continued her lifelong commitment to service. In total, she has over 10 years of experience in social work and remains deeply dedicated to helping communities meet their essential needs with dignity and care.

Cecil Mendoza serves as the Director of Programs (Philippines) for Esther C. Foundation Ltd., bringing over three decades of experience in education and community service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Silliman University in 1991.  Cecil has worked as an educator for more than 33 years. She spent over 15 years teaching at the Asian Learning Center in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines, and has also served as a public school teacher at Bacong Central School for 18 years. Through her long-standing career in education, she has been deeply committed to student development, academic excellence, and community advancement.  She is passionate about education, excellence, and advocacy and brings valuable insight to the foundation’s work supporting students and families in need.
